Lightning was suspected to have caused a fire in the roof of a house in Venice. Fire crews put out the fire in the attic before it spread to the rest of the house.

Easterly flow produced scattered sea breeze thunderstorms throughout the afternoon. A lightning strike from one of these storms caused a house fire in Venice.
