A waterspout was observed about 10 miles southeast of Key Colony Beach and reported by social media. A spray ring was visible.

Outflow boundaries produced by thunderstorms over the Everglades intersected with pre-existing cumulus cloud lines along the Middle and Upper Keys, producing additional thunderstorm with isolated gale-force wind gusts and a waterspout.
