An outflow boundary moved through Thermopolis, Wyoming and brought a 61 mph wind gust to the fire station just south of downtown Thermopolis.

Wider weather episode

Thunderstorms developed over portions of central Wyoming and brought strong winds. The strongest gust was 78 mph along Interstate 80 in eastern Sweetwater County. A 61 mph gust was reported in Thermopolis.
