Aransas Wildlife Refuge RAWS measured a gust to 38 knots.

A line of thunderstorms formed from southeast Texas west to near the Hill Country during the evening hours of the 16th. The storms pushed south into the Coastal Bend during the early morning hours of the 17th. The storms produced wind gusts between 35 and 40 knots.
