Military Police relayed a report that a tent was blown over during a training exercise resulting in 6 minor injuries. The event occurred near Evans Army Airfield.

Scattered thunderstorms developed near a surface trough in the late afternoon hours across portions of southeast Georgia. A few of these thunderstorms became strong enough to produce damaging wind gusts and large hail.
