Flooding due to Quebrada La Piedra out of its banks was reported along Road PR-103 near Iglesia Bautista. Road had to be closed.

Abundant low-level moisture combined with strong daytime heating and sea breeze convergence to result in heavy showers and thunderstorms across western Puerto Rico during the afternoon hours.
