The public reported Dockside Restaurant on Dockside road flooded by waters from Big Bay Creek. Water was several inches deep inside the building.

Strong and persistent northeast winds in wake of a front along with favorable astronomical factors led to a few days of moderate to major coastal flooding during high tide cycles near the Southeast South Carolina coast.
