Event narrative
Rain changed over to widespread moderate snow during the afternoon hours of November 11th. The snow then continued into the evening before ending. Total snow accumulations generally ranged between 3 and 5 inches. Roads quickly became snow covered with a few accidents and slide-offs reported across the region, along with school delays and closings the following day. A 54 year old woman was killed when her vehicle slid on icy roads into the path of a semi truck at the intersection of Dutch Town Road and US-30.
