A very narrow waterspout was observed about 23 miles to the south of Key West.

Isolated waterspouts developed over the Straits of Florida south of Key West as lower tropospheric flow slackened as Hurricane Dorian moved further northeast into the northwestern Atlantic.

Began near Sand Key Light (24.2400, -81.7100).
