A front to the south and approaching short wave trough to the west increased low level insentropic lift and created locally heavy rainfall overnight across the Suwannee River Valley on 11/14. A strong mid level low moved over the local area during the evening of 11/15 which once again brought another round of localized heavy rainfall.
