Visibility below a quarter mile was reported in Lemoore. Several school districts had delayed openings or delayed bus service due to fog.

Wider weather episode

An upper level low pressure system moving through northern California provided for enough mixing to inhibit the redevelopment of fog for Fresno County northward. However, fog formed further south and visibility was reduced to below a quarter mile around Hanford and Lemoore during the morning commute. The fog dissipated by late morning.
