Visibility below a quarter mile was reported in Lemoore. Several school districts had delayed openings or delayed bus service due to fog.

High pressure built back into central California during the evening of December 12. With skies clearing out and diminishing winds, patches of dense fog formed along the west side of the San Joaquin Valley and in Merced County during the morning of December 13. Several school districts in western Kings and western Fresno Counties either opened late or delayed bus service due to low visibility. The fog dissipated by late morning.
