Remnant low pressure of Tropical Storm Nestor tracked northeast across eastern North Carolina and off the southeast Virginia coast during Sunday, October 20th. This storm produced heavy rain which caused some minor flooding across portions of central and eastern Virginia. Rainfall totals ranged from 1.5 inches to near 4.5 inches.
