Visibility below a quarter mile was reported in Lemoore.

A weak system moved across northern California on January 11 and while it produced mixing to inhibit fog formation north of Fresno, dense fog was present during the morning in the center of the valley which reduced visibility to below a quarter mile at times along the State Route 198 corridor between Lemoore and Visalia. The fog dissipated by late morning.
