The next in a series of storm systems generated heavy snow in combination with gusty winds at times. Six inches of snow graced Rye, while eight to eleven inches of snow was recorded near Beulah, Cascade, Colorado Springs, Falcon, Manitou Springs, Peterson Air Force Base and Woodland Park respectively. 13 inches of snow covered the Air Force Academy, while 17 inches impacted Monument. Finally, 18 to 19 inches of snow was measured near Black Forest and Palmer Lake.
