Skagway DOT had 9 inches of snow and blowing snow at White Pass in their morning report. Skagway Customs estimated 7 inches of snow at their station and passed on a report of 3 ft drifts at the Pass.

Strong front moved onshore with good moisture transport and cold enough temperatures at the border stations for snow.
