The ASOS at White Plains Westchester Airport measured a 52 mph wind gust at 253 pm. A sustained wind of 37 mph was measured at White Plains Westchester Airport at 419 pm. At 251 pm, the elevated mesonet station Tappan Zee Light measured a 61 mph wind gust.
