Cape Disappointment (82SW1) measured sustained winds of 48 mph with max gusts of 60 mph. The Astoria-Megler Bridge (ODT76) reported sustianed winds of 40 mph with max gusts of 60 mph. Cape Disappointment (82SW1) messured wind gusts of 58 mph.
