At 1051 am, the mesonet station at Tappan Zee Light measured a 68 mph wind gust, and a 48 mph sustained wind. The elevation was 44 feet. Around 1146 am, law enforcement reported a tree down on Lincoln Avenue East of the Hutchinson River Parkway in Pelham. In the town of Greenburgh near White Plains, a downed tree on NY 100 was reported through social media around 1156 am.
