Winds were gusting to 40-47 mph. In Wrentham late on the 26th, a CWOP station recorded a gust to 47 mph at 828 PM EST (928 PM EDT) and a gust to 40 mph at 1106 PM EST. In Norton at 517 AM EST on the 27th, a large branch was down on Bay Road just north of I-495.

Low pressure meandered off the coast of Nantucket late on the 26th and through the 27th providing a murky, cold, blustery day. Strong winds from aloft mixed down from around 850 mb over eastern Massachusetts during the overnight and early morning hours, causing some minor wind damage.
