What EF0 means. On the Enhanced Fujita scale, EF0 is light damage: shingles and siding peeled, gutters torn, branches broken, consistent with estimated gusts of 65–85 mph. The rating comes from a survey of the worst damage after the storm, not from a wind measurement, so it says as much about what the tornado hit as about how strong it was.

What the National Weather Service wrote

A brief tornado touchdown occurred along an approximately

one half of a mile track. There were several trees snapped and uprooted with

a weak convergence damage pattern noted. This short track was just west of

Bogganlevel road and ended at the roadway.

The wider storm

A strong spring storm system moved across southern states. High values of wind shear and instability combined to generate numerous severe thunderstorms that produced tornadoes and wind damage.

Began near Falco (31.0630, -86.5700).
