What EF0 means. On the Enhanced Fujita scale, EF0 is light damage: shingles and siding peeled, gutters torn, branches broken, consistent with estimated gusts of 65–85 mph. The rating comes from a survey of the worst damage after the storm, not from a wind measurement, so it says as much about what the tornado hit as about how strong it was.

What the National Weather Service wrote

Two independent storm chasers provided video of a tornado that was observed southwest of Lehigh from a storm that followed behind the storm that had produced the tornado near Bromide and Wapanucka. No damage is known to have occurred and the location of the tornado is estimated based on these videos and radar data.

The wider storm

A dryline and upper level wave combined with strong shear to produce multiple tornadic supercells across southern Oklahoma on the 22nd.

Began near Olney (34.4200, -96.3000).
