The wider storm
An extensive squall line of thunderstorms moved through south Texas during the evening of the 24th and and through the middle Texas coastal waters by the early morning hours of the 25th. Wind gusts ranged from 35 to 45 knots.
Began near Copano Bay (28.0837, -97.0467).
