Emergency Management reported Route 219 was flooded and several cars were in danger of washing off the road. Water was also entering a nearby house.

Wider weather episode

Isolated heavy rainfall from thunderstorms produced flash flooding between Lindside and Peterstown. Rainfall was estimated at 1 to 3 inches in a short period. An IFLOWS gage near Linside, WV measured 1.73 inches.
