The July Complex consists of the Caldwell, Allen and Dalton fires. They were started by lightning on 07/22/20 at around 1015 PDT. As of 08/01/20 at 06:30 PDT, the fires had burned 83261 acres and were 77 percent contained. 21.0 million dollars had been expended on firefighting efforts.
