The Wilkes County Emergency Manager reported a small shed and a trampoline anchored with concrete footings damaged by winds north of Rayle.

A deep, closed upper-level low over the middle and lower Mississippi Valley continued to sweep deep moisture into the region. A moderately unstable atmosphere and afternoon heating resulted in widespread afternoon thunderstorms with a few, isolated severe weather reports across north Georgia.
