Several trees were reported down from Milligan College to Hampton and southeast to Roan Mountain. One tree fell on a home in Hampton.

Showers and thunderstorms moved out of Middle Tennessee into a moist and unstable atmosphere across East Tennessee. The result was multiple severe thunderstorms that produced damaging wind gusts.
