A spotter reported trees and power lines blown down, along with three sheets of metal peeled off a hog building roof.
Wider weather episode
A cluster of intense thunderstorms moved across southeast Iowa and western Illinois in the morning hours of July 19th. This cluster of storms brought very heavy rain, and very strong damaging winds. Several locations saw winds over 75 mph, and had significant property damage.
