Prefrontal trough/differential heating boundary in a moist, unstable, and uncapped environment led to earlier initiation of convection in the southeast CWA during the afternoon. MLCAPE values approached 2000 J/kg but better forcing remained to the west, and only managed to get a few stronger/more organized updrafts in Ohio.
