Four Chinook helicopters located outside at an Army Aviation Support Facility received damage to their rotor blades, with the blades being severely twisted and requiring replacement.

Wider weather episode

An outflow boundary was the focus for thunderstorm development during the evening of the 11th. Several supercells produced large hail before merging into a cluster of storms that led to several significant severe wind reports that lasted into the early morning of the 12th.
