Observer located in Harrison measured a total storm snowfall of 7.7 inches.

An early season winter storm impacted the region on the 8th and 9th bringing in mixed precipitation and accumulating snowfall. In addition in the wake of the precipitation, hard freezing temperatures brought an end to the growing season with many locations dropping overnight temperatures into the middle 20s.
