The Jones County 911 center reported a few trees blown down near the intersection of Patterson Road and Masseyville Road.

A quick-moving short wave swept through the Tennessee Valley producing strong to severe thunderstorms across north Georgia in the early afternoon. The strong to severe storms progressed south through the afternoon into the early evening across central Georgia.
