The Washington County Emergency Manager reported s few trees blown down across the county from the Deepstep area, across Sandersville to near Tanner.

A quick-moving short wave swept through the Tennessee Valley producing strong to severe thunderstorms across north Georgia in the early afternoon. The strong to severe storms progressed south through the afternoon into the early evening across central Georgia.
