A thin waterspout was observed southeast of Rock Harbor. The condensation funnel cloud extended one quarter the way down from cloud base and no spray ring was observed. The waterspout moved toward the north.

Isolated waterspouts were observed near the Lower and Upper Florida Keys in association with isolated showers.
