Clear skies and light winds prevailed over the San Joaquin Valley with high pressure remaining over the region. A strip of dense fog formed overnight along the center portion of the valley once again during the morning of November 22. This time travel was disrupted for a few hours along State Route 99 and traffic was paced by law enforcement due to the fog. The fog dissipated by mid morning with skies becoming mainly clear by late morning.
