The rainfall on Wotje from the 1st to the 28th of October was 14.64 inches, which is 168% of normal. This rainfall allowed Wotje to go from Severe Drought (D2) to Moderate Drought (D1).

Since drought conditions have improved in recent weeks from severe to

moderate due to sufficient rainfall and additional rainfall expected

in the coming weeks.
