Winds were generally gusting to 60 mph. At 251 PM EST, the ASOS at T.F. Green Airport (KPVD) in Warwick recorded a gust to 58 mph and at 324 PM EST, an amateur radio operator reported a gust to 61 mph in North Smithfield. In Coventry at 724 PM EST, a tree was down on Allison Avenue.
