Over eight inches of snow fell and there were numerous power outages due to gusty winds and the weight of the heavy wet snow.

Wider weather episode

A winter storm brought 6 to over 8 inches of snow to northern Osceola and much of Clare counties on December 12th. In addition to the heavy snow, there were thousands of power outages across these counties as a result of gusty winds and the weight of the heavy wet snow.
