A peak water level of 6.3 ft MLLW occurred at the USGS tidal gauge at Hudson Bay at Freeport from 2020-11-15 20:06 EST to 2020-11-15 20:36 EST. The moderate coastal flood threshold of 6.2 ft MLLW was exceeded from 2020-11-15 19:48 EST to 2020-11-15 20:48 EST.

Wider weather episode

Strong southerly winds ahead of an approaching cold front, in combination with high astronomical tides associated with a new moon, caused isolated moderate coastal flooding around the times of evening high tide.
