The wider storm

With high pressure remaining over central California, areas of fog reformed during the early morning hours of January 16 reducing visibility to as low as 500 feet in the center portion of the San Joaquin Valley along the State Route 99 corridor from State Route 198 northward. The fog dissipated by late morning.
