Mesonet site (PG&E) at Diablo-Blackhawk recorded gusts between 45 and 50 mph with a peak gust of 55 mph.

The wider storm

An upper low brought dry and gusty offshore winds to the region in early December. Higher elevations over the North and East Bay reported gusts of 60 to 70 mph with gusts as high as 45 mph down to 1700 ft.
