Mudslide was reported along Road PR-156 in Barrio Botijas 2. Road was impassable.

The wider storm

A low-level trough near the area provided sufficient low-level moisture. The available moisture combined with daytime heating and local effects to generate heavy showers across interior PR. Steering flow was very light, resulting in slow-moving showers.

Began near Orocovis (18.2138, -66.3594).
