Heavy snowfall began during the early afternoon hours on the 12th, with a new snow accumulation of around 16-17 inches by 2am on the 13th. Heavy snowfall continued through the overnight hours and through the morning hours on the 13th, with an new 24 hour snow accumulation of 31 inches by 2 pm on the 13th.
