Strong Santa Ana winds impacted the Santa Monica Mountains in Los Angeles county. Some peak north to northeast wind gusts from the local observation network include: Saddle Peak (gust 68 MPH), Malibu Hills RAWS (gust 66 MPH) and Latigo Canyon Road (gust 59 MPH).

Strong and gusty Santa Ana winds buffeted sections of Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Northeasterly wind gusts ranged between 70 and 95 MPH across the mountains and between 60 and 75 mph across the valleys.
