Strong Santa Ana winds impacted the Santa Monica Mountains in Los Angeles county. Some northeasterly wind gusts from local observations included: Boney Mountain (gust 66 MPH) and Corral Canyon Park (gust 61 MPH).
Wider weather episode
Another round of strong Santa Ana winds impacted sections of Ventura and Los Angeles counties. North to northeast winds gusts between 60 and 85 MPH were reported.
