The Coquille River at Coquille rose above minor flood stage (21.0 feet) at 04/0430 PST. It oscillated above and below flood stage for a short time at the beginning and ending of the flood. The river crested at 21.19 feet at 04/0900 PST, and dropped below flood stage for the last time at 04/1330 PST.
Wider weather episode
A series of storms brought heavy rains to the area. The rain combined with some snowmelt caused the Coquille River at Coquille to flood.
