A trained spotter near Featherville reported 10 inches of new snow while the public reported 12 inches at Prairie City. Snotel sites reported 12 to 15 inches.

A long fetch off the coast of northern California provided the moisture for a significant snow storm and dumped from a foot of snow to locally heavier amounts of nearly 2 feet across West Central Idaho.
