The Towns County Emergency Manager reported 1 inch of snow accumulation along Highway 76 at near the Rabun Count line and along Highway 75 near the White County line.

An upper-level low and associated surface low moved across north Georgia during the afternoon of the 7th through the morning of the 8th bringing snow to the northeast Georgia mountains.
