Buoy 46041, Cape Elizabeth, off the Washington coast reported wave heights exceeding 17 feet at 21 seconds at 1140PST on the 7th, peaking at 25 feet at 21 seconds. Waves subsided below high surf criteria on the morning of the 8th.
