Event narrative

A measured wind gust of 71 mph occurred in Somers at 330 AM. A measured sustained wind of 48 mph was recorded at 138 AM in Ossining. Additionally, multiple downed trees and power lines were reported by the Public and Trained Spotters, including a transformer down and on fire at Golden's Bridge at 1215 AM and power lines down at 330 AM in Peach Lake. Large trees were snapped and leaning on power lines at 300 AM in Bedford, and a large tree was snapped at 335 AM in Pound Ridge. All reported times listed are local standard time.
